Looking for Royal Oak studio maternity photos? Hiiiii, I can help with that. I am a published and award winning family, maternity and newborn photographer in Milford, specializing in natural and fun photos that you’ll want to hang all over your walls forever
Every single thing about these Royal Oak maternity photos was dreamy. Studio maternity sessions are where it’s at!
Lately, I’ve really been loving the clean aesthetic of a simple backdrop in a studio, mixed with a more casual maternity session. Jeans and a simple top- that’s all you need to make magic! My go to for tops like this is Free People (can’t go wrong with a basic white target tank, either) and cute jeans from Levi’s or Abercrombie. If you’re nothing like me when I was pregnant (hello 60+ pound weight gain), then you probably already have these items in your closet!
I’ve been photographing this beautiful family for a few years now, so I was really excited when they told me that baby #2 was on the way. Jackson was the best little model for me, and was extremely interested in the baby bump 🤣 That made it super easy to get the most special photos of him and his mama. When my clients are about to have their second baby, it is sooo important to me to document their relationship with their first baby. I know how sacred that short timeframe is- I could cry thinking back to when it was just me and my baby Hudson. Time is a friggin thief!
I have a couple of different studios that I use for sessions when clients want something different, or just want to avoid the cold weather in the winter months. Michigan is kind of weird between March-April, too. It wants to be pretty and warm on random days, but everything is still brown and grey from the cold winter months. So a studio session is perfect during this time too! (I can allllways find pretty little spots, any month of the year, so don’t fret if you have your heart set on an outside session).
