Another lovely Fall maternity session on the blog, featuring Eddie & Joo-Sun!
Eddie & Joo-Sun were looking for soft, airy & natural looking photos to document Joo-Sun’s maternity. If I could pick three words to describe my style of photography, Joo-Sun hit the nail on the head with those adjectives! The two of them were so adorable together, and clearly brimming with excitement for their baby boy. We happened to catch the tail end of Fall with this session, before the frost came in, and the temperatures dropped. The leaves were nearly on their way out, but luckily a few of the trees kept their color.
The session took place at Maybury State Park in Northville, MI. Maybury is easily one of my top 5 favorite places to shoot. With almost a thousand acres of mature forest and rolling terrain, it is simply breathtaking. I could get lost in the park for hours without any worry or concern about getting back. They also have a horse farm, with horse trails for riding! (I’ll be doing that next year!)
Eddie & Joo-Sun should be expecting their little bundle of joy any day now! After spending some time with E&J, I know that their baby boy will be born into a house full of love & laughter. (And probably a full knowledge of all sports by the time he’s five with Daddy there to teach him!)
