Listen, I know. I stress about it every year for my own family photos (and for some unknown reason, I always wait until the week before my session to actually buy the wardrobe 🤦🏻♀️) Styling for family photos doesn’t have to be stressful or hard! Styling for your session is so important, and sometimes it’s for reasons you might not even think of! For example, there are colors (ahem neons) that will not photograph well, and color tones that may even transfer on to your skin. Another thing you may not think of: dress/skirt lengths on the shorter side can really affect your session and limit the amount of posing you can have during our time together (and really, just make it harder for you to move around freely). And then there’s getting the whole family’s wardrobe to mesh together- sooo tricky. This is why I swear by this tool, and offer it complimentary for all of my sessions.
