Still playing catch up on my blog posts. This lovely Fresh 48 session at St. Joe’s in Ann Arbor was from this past winter. Welcome baby Elsie!
Things I want for Christmas: a macro lens, endless cuddles with my loves, a big piece of chocolate cake that has zero calories or carbs but tastes like Duncan Hines made it himself, and to FOREVER shoot Fresh 48’s 😍 Guys. I freakin’ LOVE Fresh 48’s. Hospitals aren’t really my jam. I don’t think they’re anyone’s jam. But give me a brand new baby and I’ll stay all day, all night. Okay, maybe not, but let me be dramatic over something I live to photograph. The hospital atmosphere is only this beautiful when there’s a new baby with chubby little cheeks, sweet new cries, and sleepy yawns. St. Joe’s has such a nice mother baby unit, but still, it’s a hospital. As soon as you walk into the room and see the beautiful Elsie and her loving family- mom, dad and big sister Harper- you forget where you are. Babies are just magic 🙌🏼
Congratulations to the M. Family, and thank you for having me!
This session was also featured over on Basic Invite’s blog. Check it out!
Ps. Basic Invite is THE place for stationary and other cards, and I have a pretty cool discount; KellieOverholt. At the moment, that will get you 40% off, and then after the holiday season, it’s good for 20% off! Use it! Don’t thank me! But mail me a card 😂
Enjoy the baby fever these will give you!
