If you’re looking for a natural, relaxed maternity session in Milford or anywhere in Oakland County, Kensington Metropark is one of my favorite places for a reason.
Kensington Metropark offers so much variety without feeling overwhelming. Open fields with tall grass. Soft wooded trails. Water views that glow at sunset. It gives us space to move, breathe, and let moments unfold naturally. For maternity sessions especially, I love how peaceful it feels. There’s room to walk hand-in-hand. To pause. To lean into each other and just be present in this season before baby arrives.
This Milford maternity session felt so relaxing, even for me! We wandered around the water at sunset, letting the light wrap around them, with sailboats in the distance- that was one of my favorite things to see. Everything with Sylvia + Aiden just felt easy. Nothing rushed. Nothing forced. Just two wonderful people loving each other and growing their family- fur babies always welcome too!
